Hello everyone!

I'm Mr. Haas and I am the 8th grade United States History Teacher. In this class, we talk about everything from United States History such as the Pilgrims landing at Jamestown to Lincoln's assassination at the end of the Civil War. 8th Grade US History only runs to the end of the Civil War, so sadly World War II is not included in this class. Within the classroom, I use group projects, essays, and public speaking to prepare the scholars for High School. After the final day, the scholars will be prepared for the obstacles of High School History. As an added bonus, they will know all 50 states.
